Snagit is wonderful. Unfortunately, images and html are sure methods to drop your delivery rate below 50%. Why? Spam filters on the recipient’s end.

Hey this SnagIt thing looks good until until you try to use it with a Mac. So after a bit of searching I found an even greater package by the same company that brought SnagIt and Camtasia, Techsmith have developed and released Jing!

Jing really goes off, great for screenshots and videos. Not as many features as the others but a really great tool all the same. And it’s Mac compatable
